On completion of their secondary education, some of our sponsored pupils are offered places at college or university in Kenya. We do our best to continue financial support by finding sponsors, either individuals or groups of people, willing to fund these courses for 2 to 4 years.
To date we have made possible the training of, among others, several teachers and nurses, engineers, an IT specialist, a community development worker and a biochemist. We currently have 14 students progressing through their courses at colleges and Universities in Kenya. These young people are then in a position to provide valuable professional skills and leadership in their communities and their country.
